On April 29, 2021 at 9:30 p.m., Belleville police were dispatched to a east end residence regarding an unwanted male. Investigation revealed the male who was known to the occupants, had smashed a basement window to enter the residence despite being told previously he was no longer allowed there. As a result, 35-year-old Michael Boulter of Belleville was charged with mischief and being unlawfully in a dwelling. He was released with a court date on May 27, 2021.
