Tyendinaga Police Service executed three search warrants at separate businesses as part of an investigation into the unlicensed sale of alcohol.
In a post to social media, Tyendinaga police say the search warrants were executed on Thursday with the help of Ontario Provincial Police.
Police say that a significant quantity of alcohol was seized.
During the execution of the search warrants, police were also able to locate, and subsequently seized, suspected psilocybin‑related products.
No cannabis or tobacco/nicotine‑related products were seized.
The investigation remains ongoing, and charges are pending.
