A 76-year-old man has been charged in connection to a crash in Prince Edward County earlier this month.
On March 25 around 9:00 p.m., county OPP officers were called to a two vehicle crash on County Road 4, where one person had been ejected from their vehicle.
Anthony Dekker of North Marysburgh is charged with failing to share half the roadway under the Highway Traffic Act.
Police say the person thrown from their vehicle is recovering from non-life threatening injuries and police are reminding everyone to wear their seat belts at all times.
