It is time to dress to the nines for local high school students.
At the Quantam Program on Wallbridge Crescent in Belleville, hundreds of pieces of formal wear will be on display for local students, through The Prom Project.

She says some clothing still has the tags on.
It runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
