OPP have laid charges against two men, following a crash Thursday morning on the 401 in Quinte West.
Officers responded shortly after 9:00 a.m., to the eastbound lanes, after a Toyota Four Runner crashed, landing in the south ditch.
The driver fled from the scene and the K9 unit was called in.
Officers arrested two passengers, who allegedly gave false identities.
37 year old Darryl Gonsalves and 57 year old Edgerton Stewart, both of the GTA have been charged with possession of cocaine, four counts of breach of probation and obstructing a peace officer.
The investigation continues as police continue to look for the driver.
