A challenge of Prince Edward County’s Minimum Distance Separation Policy will be heard by the Ontario Municipal Board tomorrow.
Former M-P-P Gary Fox appealed to the board because he is concerned about the restrictions the amendment to the county’s official plan will put on development.
County Council approved the policy in May after almost a year of debate and study.
The hearing begins at Shire Hall in Picton at 10-30 in the morning.
