A large piece of equipment used for farming was destroyed on Tuesday in a fire in Quinte West.
Chief John Whalen tells Quinte News they received a call around 3:30 p.m., responding to Grills Road in Sidney Ward.
Crews were able to knock down the flames, however, not before the fire already did its job, destroying the combine.
No damage estimate is available and the cause is not known.
No injuries are being reported.
