Plans are in the works for a new apartment building in Belleville.
At Monday’s Planning Advisory Committee meeting, an initial public meeting will be held on a proposal to rezone mostly vacant land on Moira Street East, just north of College Street East.
The rezoning would allow for a three-storey, 36-unit apartment building.
The property is now zoned Nursing Home, only allowing a special care residential building.
No decision on the rezoning application will be made at Monday’s meeting.
