On Tuesday, July 27, 2021 at approximately 4:50 a.m., police responded to a call of several males fighting on North Front Street.
Shortly thereafter, police received another call nearby to assist an ambulance with a male with injuries.
A 31-year-old male was taken by ambulance to BGH and later transported to Kingston General Hospital with serious injuries.
As a result of a preliminary investigation, three 17-year-old males have been arrested for assault.
The Belleville Police Forensic Identification Unit is on scene at two different locations in the north end of the city and the Criminal Investigations Division is investigating.
