Kingston police are seeking the public’s assistance identifying two individuals involved in a road rage incident.
On September 17 at approximately 10:15 a.m., an altercation occurred between two motorists in the area of John Counter Boulevard and Montreal Street.
Investigators are looking to speak to the parties involved and/or any witnesses to this incident.
