The third and final early bird winner in the Camp4Cancer lottery was drawn today.
Brenda Armstrong wins $1,000.
She purchased her ticket on the first day of ticket sales for the third annual camper lottery that supports the Belleville General Hospital Foundation.
Happy to support local care within the region, Brenda was thrilled to win. “In a big year for my family with milestone birthdays, anniversaries, two new babies and a marriage celebration, this $1000 will come in handy.”
The draw for the grand prize, a Salem Cruise Lite RV, valued at over $45,000 will be drawn on April 10 at Carl Cox RV Sales and Service.
So far ticket sales have surpassed $125,000 with the deadline to purchase tickets being midnight on April 3.
BGHF Executive Director Steven Cook says, ‘The super lottos are a driving force in our ongoing strategic plan, with up to five lotteries in 2024. It has been brilliant working with such incredible partners to grow the C4C initiative. We are also excited to roll out a new product in our cancer lottos, with first time partner Bay Marine. Launching April 10, stay tuned to find out more about the Sea-Doo Switch Compact 130 including the trailer and three early bird bonus draws.”
