Habitat for Humanity Northumberland has announced a new Chief Executive Officer, however, it is a familiar face.
Cathy Borowec returns to the position as the organization enters its 26th year.
Borowec brings more than 20 years of Habitat leadership to the role.
She was the first staff person hired by the Northumberland affiliate in 2001 and spent eight years there before taking on a role with habitat Canada.
For the last five years, Borowec has been the CEO for Habitat for Humanity Kingston Limestone Region.
She officially returns to the Northumberland team on January 1.
