The CPKC Holiday Train is set to rumble through the region once again collecting donations for local food banks and raising awareness about food insecurity.
Celebrating its 25th anniversary, the train will make three stops across the Quinte region on Tuesday, November 28, stopping in Belleville, Trenton and Brighton.
Anyway Gang will be performing at each stop.
The group features Sam Roberts, Sloan’s Chris Murphy, Dave Monks of Tokyo Police Club and Mennor Versteeg from Hollerado.
Since its inception in 1999, the CPKC Holiday Train has raised more than $22.5 million and more than 5 million pounds of food for community food banks across North America.
