Belleville police responded to 239 calls for service between 5 a.m. on October 13, 2023 and 5 a.m. on October 16, 2023.
Mischief to Vehicle
Belleville police are seeking information regarding a mischief to a motor vehicle that was parked behind the stores on Front Street overnight between 1 a.m. and 4 a.m. on October 14, 2023. Break and Enter
On October 15, 2023, police received a report of a break and enter to a business on Front Street which occurred sometime overnight. It appears the suspects made entry into the business through the basement of the business. The incident remains under investigation. Impaired Driving
On October 14, 2023 at 4:35 a.m., Belleville police received a report of a female who was unconscious at the wheel of a motor vehicle at the intersection of Victoria Ave and Herchimer Ave. Paramedics also attended in case it was determined to be a medical emergency. Upon arrival by police, it was determined that the driver was impaired by alcohol. As a result of the investigation, Ashley Juby, 38 years old of Madoc, was arrested and charged with impaired driving and over 80. She was released on an undertaking with a November court date.
