The nurses were able to reach a tentative deal with Hastings Prince Edward Public Health, and now CUPE says they have also reached a tentative deal.
Negotiations resumed between the bargaining committee representing CUPE Local 3314 and the health unit this afternoon when the deal was struck.
A ratification vote will now take place Tuesday afternoon.
Details of the deal are not being released until the workers have had a chance to review and vote on the deal.
About 70 public health inspectors, dental assistants and hygienists, dieticians, health promoters and other workers had been on strike since September 22.
