Quinte West OPP are investigating after a break-in at a Trenton jewellery store early Wednesday morning.
At approximately 4 a.m., a man approached the store and attempted to force his way inside. He fled before the police arrived.
After searching the store and surrounding area, the culprit was not located.
OPP are asking for the public’s help in locating the man. He is described as Caucasian, wearing all black clothing including a hooded sweatshirt, shoes and shorts.
