Northumberland OPP have identified the victim in a fatal motorcycle collision Wednesday afternoon in Cramahe Township.
Emergency crews responded to the single vehicle collision on County Road 21 in the area of Walker Road just after 2:30 p.m.
The driver of the motorcycle, 78-year-old Patrick Lamping of Alberta was pronounced dead at the scene.
A passenger was taken to hospital with unknown injuries.
County Road 21 in the area of the crash was closed for several hours.
Police continue to investigate and say there are no further details at this time.
