There is a Trenton connection to a fraud investigation currently underway by Kingston police.
Kingston police have released photos of the suspect and are asking for the public’s assistance.
On March 9, the suspect entered a bank in Kingston and deposited fraudulent cheques to an account, which police say had been opened with a fake identity.
In the following days, the suspect made withdrawals at the same bank in Kingston and another branch in Trenton before officials realized the cheques were fraudulent.
At the time of the offence, the suspect was using the name Tiffany.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Kingston police.
