A popular charitable fundraising method could be making a return to the City of Quinte West, but with stipulations.
Wednesday night the city’s Corporate and Finance Committee asked staff to fine-tune regulations as they pertain to road tolls.
One regulation already proposed is that charitable road tolls not be allowed near entrances and exits to bridges and busy roads and intersections.
Road tolls have not been allowed in Quinte West ever since the COVID-19 pandemic began.
