On October 28, 2021 in the City of Belleville as part of a Controlled Drug and Substance Act investigation by Project Renewal, a vehicle stop was initiated resulting in the arrest of two males for drug-related offences.
Located during the search was 56.6 grams of suspected cocaine and $2,445 in Canadian currency.
One male was released unconditionally and the second was charged with the following:
