A Prince Edward County resident has been honoured with Canada’s most prestigious award for architects, landscape architects, planners, design engineers and practitioners in allied fields.
The Margolese National Design for Living Prize has been awarded to Professor Nina-Marie Lister.
Lister is a Professor and Graduate Director in the School of Urban + Regional Planning at Ryerson University in Toronto
She was selected best out of 50 nominees.
Lister has lived in Prince Edward County for 17 years and has lent her knowledge and skills to various local organizations and citizen groups.
