Warrants
On September 27, 2021, around 8: p.m., Kingston police contacted Belleville police to advise they had a male in their custody who was currently wanted by Belleville police for one count of breach of probation. The 48-year-old male from Kingston was transported to Belleville and lodged in cells. He was to be held for a show cause hearing in the morning.
Break and Enter
On September 27, 2021, police attended a residence in the east end of Belleville for a break and enter which occurred earlier in the week. The owners of the residence advised that their garage door was left open and someone entered it during the night and stole approximately $500 worth of items. Police remind people to lock their vehicles and houses during the night or when they are away.
