HPE Public Health is reporting 14 new cases of COVID-19 and three recoveries, since it last updated on Monday.
The health unit dashboard shows 10 of the new cases were in people who are unvaccinated, four were found in people who are vaccinated, with six cases each found in Belleville and Quinte West, and one each in Deseronto and Prince Edward County.
The health unit says there are now 39 active cases in the region, with two ongoing outbreaks.
While there has been a jump in active cases lately, there are no patients in hospital due to the virus.
As of Wednesday afternoon, 82% of HPE residents 12 and older had at least one shot of vaccine, with 70% considered fully vaccinated.
