A Belleville man and three people, including two youths from Scarborough, face drug charges after a traffic stop on North Front Street early Tuesday night.
Police pulled a vehicle over after it failed to stop at a traffic light.
Officers report seeing someone passing a baggie around in the vehicle.
One of the people in the vehicle ran away but was arrested quickly.
Rorrie Macdonald, 57, of Belleville and a 20 year-old man from Scarborough were charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking.
A 17-year-old and a 15-year-old face similar charges.
