It was a noisy late night for people living in and near an east end Belleville apartment complex Thursday night.
City police responded shortly before midnight to the area after reports of a man yelling and acting aggressively outside the building.
Although warned several times by police to calm down, the man persisted with his bellicose behaviour and was arrested.
Fifty-year-old Kevin Morin was charged with causing a disturbance and mischief.
He was released with strict conditions and appears in court September 9.
