A man had to be airlifted to a Toronto hospital after an all terrain vehicle hit a rock and rolled several times near Centreton in Alnwick Haldimand Township Sunday.
According to Today’s Northumberland a father and son were riding on separate ATVs when the collision occurred just before 1 o’clock in the afternoon.
The father who is believed to be in his 60s, was taken by Ornge air ambulance to a Toronto trauma centre for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
The son was not injured.
