The Corporation is moving its two sites in Wellington and Picton forward for rapid construction of mixed income affordable housing units.
The County of Prince Edward is seeking two County residents who possess experience and knowledge of capital fundraising, Public-Private partnerships (P3), and non-conventional development agreements such as land leases.
Other assets of potential board members include thoughtful perspectives, collaborative skills, and a commitment to community service.
As a member of the board, you will be working closely with Councillor representatives, housing development specialists, and project managers.
