On June 22, 2021 at 7:00 p.m., police were called to a Bell Boulevard business for a report of a man yelling at people outside the location.
The investigation demonstrated the man, a 47-year-old city resident, was wanted for two charges of failing to attend for fingerprints.
John William Oickle was arrested without incident and transported to the Belleville Police Service. He was later released on an undertaking on both charges, and is expected to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice on August 5, 2021.
