The Quinte and District Association of Realtors is stepping up to support those who are food insecure in the Quinte region.
This week they announced $4,595 towards the Tri-County Warehouse.
The warehouse provides food for food banks in Deseronto, Northbrook, Marmora and Lake, Bancroft, Stirling-Rawdon, Wellington, Picton, and Gleaners Food Bank in Belleville.
QDAR President Don McColl says they have partnered with local food banks before, and have witnessed first-hand the tremendous work they do.
This is on top of the Ontario Realtors Care Foundation, which donated $1 million over the last two years to Ontario shelters and food banks.
