Congratulations are in order for the Centennial Chargers senior girls soccer squad.
This week, the Chargers captured the COSSA Championship in dramatic fashion, edging out the St. Theresa Titans 2-1.
Alyvia Gordon and Claire Rathwell provided the firepower for the Chargers.
With the win, the team is heading straight to the AA OFSAA Championships and luckily for them, they won’t have to travel far.
The tournament kicks off next Thursday right across the street from the school at Mary Anne Sills Park.
Bayside Secondary is hosting the tournament.
