Another arrest has been made as part of Project Renewal, the joint forces police initiative, with a focus on reducing the amount of drug trafficking in the area.
Belleville Police made a traffic stop in the west end on Thursday and say two men were in possession of a stolen SUV, with one of the men also having cocaine and crystal meth on him.
Thirty-three-year-old Paul Jon Dawson of Belleville has been charged with possession of stolen property and two counts of drug possession, before being released with a court date on February 22, 2021.
Thirty-seven-year-old Bradley Alan Romanko of Quinte West was also charged with possession of stolen property.
He’ll appear in court on February 25, 2021.
