Emergency responders, in numbers, rushed to an east end Belleville high rise apartment building earlier today (Thursday).
Shortly before 4:30 in the morning, Belleville police, firefighters, and Hastings-Quinte paramedics responded to Bay Terrace Apartments at 334 Dundas Street East after reports a male had jumped from the building.
Multiple reports said he was found with vital signs absent.
