Breach of probation
On September 15, 2020 at 11 a.m., Belleville Police attended a north end business regarding a male who was unwanted there. Officers arrived on scene and were made aware that the 27-year-old Belleville resident was breaching his probation by attending the business. The male was arrested and held for a bail hearing on September 16, 2020.
Assault
On September 15, 2020 at 8:40 a.m., Belleville Police were called to an east end address regarding an assault. No serious injuries were reported. Based on the investigation, 37-year-old Crystal Wilder of Belleville was charged with assault and released with a court date on October 22, 2020.
Warrant for providing a false name
On August 31, 2020 Belleville Police responded to Canadian Tire on Bell Boulevard regarding a shoplifting incident. During the investigation a male identified himself to police as Matthew Deshane of Marlbank. Further investigation has revealed that 25-year-old Dylan Lasher of Kingston had used Deshane’s identity to avoid charges. An arrest warrant has been issued for Lasher for theft, obstruct police and failing to comply with a release order.
