The Town of Brighton issued 10 building permits last month.
Six were issued in the urban area and four in the rural part of the town, with a total construction value of about $4.8 million.
The town has issued just 32 permits through the end of June, at a value of just under $16 million, compared to 26 permits to the end of June last year, at a value of $11.8 million.
