One more person has recovered from COVID-19 in Hastings Prince Edward, leaving the total active number of cases at nine.
One of those people is in hospital, but not in the ICU or on a ventilator.
There are no new confirmed or probable cases of the virus in the area, leaving those numbers at 42 and 182 respectively.
As of 11:00 a.m. Friday, 5,644 tests have been taken, with 289 results pending and a local positivity rate of 0.8%.
