A Frankford man says he’s “shocked and happy” to have picked up a $250,000 lotto win.
James Carlisle won the prize on the OLG’s Instant Cash Out Multiplier game, which is a $10 play, with odds of winning any prize of 1 in 3.8.
The 65-year-old father says he plans to pay off his mortgage and add to his property.
He bought the winning ticket at Oasis Grocery & Gas Bar on Riverside Parkway in Frankford.
