Home building activity in Brighton continues to lag a bit behind last year’s pace.
Seven permits were issued for new builds last month, worth just under $4 million, bringing the year-to-date total through November to 77 permits, valued at close to $33.4 million.
Last year through November, the town had issued 86 building permits, with a value of close to $34.8 million.
