A 32-year-old man is being held in custody after a pair of incidents in Belleville last week.
Belleville Police tell Quinte News both calls happened on the morning of November 19 and involved the same suspect, who is known to police, but were otherwise not connected.
The first call was in response to an unwanted man in the lobby of an east end apartment building. Officers responded to the second call after a woman reported being threatened by the man, as he stood outside her house.
Jarrod Brinkert of no fixed address has been charged with two counts of breaching probation and one count of uttering threats.
No other details have been released, but his next court appearance is scheduled for December 5, via video.
