Air quality at Campbellford Memorial Hospital is going to improve soon thanks to a grant from the provincial government.
Northumberland-Peterborough South MPP David Piccini announced an over $1.7 million grant for infrastructure improvements for the 65-year-old hospital yesterday (Thursday).
The money will provide modern air exchange systems for Campbellford Memorial Hospital’s in-patient unit.
The grant is part of the province’s $175 million investment to improve infrastructure at 128 hospitals this year.
