A man from Quebec was charged with impaired driving after crashing his vehicle into a pole in north end Belleville Monday night.
The crash occurred at 10 o’clock. The 65-year-old driver had left the vehicle but police officers found him and charged him.
There were no injuries.
Meanwhile, Belleville police received three calls from people worried about dogs left in parked vehicles.
In each case, the vehicles’ owners were located and the dogs were fine.
Police again remind you to not leave pets inside vehicles during the warm weather.
