Additional funding has become available from the Canada 150 Community Infrastructure Program, and the Municipality of Marmora and Lake is benefitting.
MP for Hastings—Lennox and Addington, Mike Bossio has announced that Marmora and Lake will receive $63,415 in federal funding toward a project to renovate the Marmora Town Hall.
Mayor of Marmora and Lake Terry Clemons commented that the town hall is a symbol of rich community history and the town is pleased to be able to restore the facility so that it can be enjoyed by future generations.
