The Eastern Ontario Leadership Council, that advances Eastern Ontario economic development opportunities, has received an award from the Economic Developers Council of Ontario.
The Leadership Council includes the Eastern Ontario Wardens’ Caucus.
Co-Chair Leslie Shaughnessy, Mayor of Cornwall, says it is unique in Ontario and promotes regional economic development in collaboration with many municipalities across the entire region.
The Leadership Council has more than 110 municipalities, including many in the Quinte area.
