A Prince Edward County man has been convicted of sexual exploitation, but was acquitted on charges of sexual assault, at the Quinte Courthouse.
A publication ban is in place on both the name of the accused and the victim, since they know each other, but the incidents date back to the summer of 2014 and were committed against a 16-year-old girl.
A date for sentencing has yet to be set.
