A Canada-wide warrant has been issued for a federal offender, who may be headed to Kingston.
65 year-old Douglas Archer is serving an eight year and six month sentence for arson with disregard for human life, arson causing property damage, attempt to commit arson and criminal harassment.
He’s also charged with possession of incendiary material and a number of mischief-related offences.
Archer is described as white, about 5’8” and 241 pounds.
He has white/blond hair, a grey beard and blue eyes.
The OPP’s Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement Squad says Archer has been known to frequent Kingston, Thunder Bay and Oxford County.
Anyone who sees him is asked to contact OPP.
