The Quinte and District Association of Realtors says sales numbers continued on a downward trend last month, compared to November 2016.
Total dollar sales for November of this year were just over $67 million, which is down 10.5% from the same month last year.
QDAR President Cathy Polan says the trend is likely because of the strong sales numbers from the first half of the year.
While total dollar values were down, average price was up again, by 8.8%, with the average price of a home last month at more then $294,000.
In total last month, 198 units were sold, compared to 246 in November 2016 and there were 172 less listings in November this year as well.
