Two men with local ties have been arrested in Kingston.
Kingston Police stopped a vehicle on Division Street, around 7:30 Saturday night, after it was driving well below the speed limit, hugging the curb at times and crossing the centre line as well.
Officers found the driver had been eating pizza at the wheel, but also had open alcohol in the car, as well as two bags of suspected crystal meth.
The value of the drugs is estimated around $1,300.
The 40-year-old driver from Belleville and 32-year-old passenger from Picton, are charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking.
The passenger was also charged with carrying a concealed weapon, after officers say they found a knife on him.
Both were held for bail hearings and no names were released.
