Organizers of last weekend’s “Bootlegger’s Bash” event are calling it a smashing success.
The event raised $31,621.55 for the United Way of Hastings and Prince Edward’s annual campaign.
Close to 130 people took part in the event at Signal Brewery in Corbyville, which also featured a silent auction.
The money goes towards funding a total of 75 programs, through 37 different agencies, across the Quinte Region.
