Northumberland OPP say they made an arrest in a domestic incident last weekend after a man was hit with a baseball bat.
Officers responded to the call in Seymour Township on November 3rd, where the victim said he was assaulted by his son.
The 33-year-old son was arrested and charged with assault with a weapon and assault causing bodily harm.
He was held at the time for a bail hearing and is still in custody.
The suspect’s name isn’t being released to protect the victim.
