A driver, alleged to have blown five times the legal limit, has been charged, following a collision north west of Norwood.
Around 5:00 p.m. Tuesday afternoon, Peterborough County OPP were called to County Road 4, near Seventh Line in Duoro, after the single vehicle crash.
The OPP says the driver’s blood alcohol content was about 0.390%.
The legal limit is 0.08%.
The 44 year old from Peterborough has been charged.
