A man from Stirling is facing weapons trafficking charges after the Canadian Border Services Agency found a suspicious package in the mail.
CBSA agents found four prohibited taser-like weapons in a package headed to Stirling, on August 15th.
Officers from Quinte West OPP and the Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau arrested the 29-year-old, whose name wasn’t released and charged him with importing, possessing and trafficking a prohibited weapon.
He’ll be in Belleville court on September 16th.
